Sample Apartment/House Move-in Condition Report

It's important to document any damages in your apartment when you move in, so you are not held responsible for them when you move out. Ask your landlord or property manager if they provide a Move-In Condition form for you to use and what the deadline is to return it to them. If not, you can use this sample fillable PDF form. It's also very helpful to take pictures.
